I'm participating in today's Top Ten Tuesday, hosted by The Broke and the Bookish. This week's prompt is:
Top Ten Books I Want to Reread
Oh, there are so many. I used to reread more, but these days my TBR list is out of control, and I truly don't have time to reread books as much as I want to. All these books were so phenomenal, however, that I'm sure I'll be rereading them at some point, whether I can justify the time spent reading them or not.
Starting things off with a reeeeeally tough one here.
This book made me feel like I was reading an autobiography.
7. Life of Pi by Yann Martel
This book will always be extremely high on my list. I had a spectacular experience reading this book.

5. The Quiet American by Graham Greene
I've never been able to articulate why I love this book so much. I just do.

4. The Throne of Glass series by Sarah J. Maas
I just finished Heir of Fire (book 3) which made me die from Feels Overload. Once I've recovered, I'm sure I'll be itching to be back in this world.

3. Troubled Waters by Sharon Shinn
I loved this book SO HARD when I first read it, and have since pushed it on everyone around me. I want to reread it myself!
2. The Secret Life of Bees by Sue Monk Kidd
I've actually only read this book once, but I seriously loved it and want to read it again.

1. The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood
Though this might be the creepiest book I've ever read, I LOVE IT.
What books are on your reread list?

I loved The Book Thief too. I just read it for the first time last year. I should reread it at some point. I'm sure I'd get things out of if this time I didn't the first time around.
ReplyDeleteOoh, such a good one! So glad you read it, and liked it enough to want to reread!
DeleteHarry Potter and The Life of Pi made my list too! Ha Ha!
ReplyDeleteGreat minds think alike. :)
DeleteI bet Harry Potter is on everyone's TTT. I say this on a Friday because I haven't actually gotten to reading other people's TTT's yet thanks to NaNoWriMo :P I also really liked Fangirl and The Book Thief. Life of Pi was good as well!
ReplyDeleteGood for you for participating in NaNoWriMo! That's awesome! I agree, HP is probably on every list. And if it isn't, it should be!! (Clearly I'm not biased AT ALL.)
DeleteI think everyone's biased when it comes to HP :D
DeleteAs they should be. :)
